1. Room Booking Cancellations

• Cancellations made [5 days] prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within [2 days] of check-in may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the booking amount, depending on the rate plan chosen.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

2. Refunds for Cancellations

• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method within [7 business days] after cancellation approval.
• Transaction or bank fees may not be refundable.

3. Product Returns (Merchandise & Vouchers)

• Returns are accepted within [2 days] of purchase/delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Gift cards, digital products, and personalized items are not returnable.
